We are committed to providing our customers with the finest office equipment service in the industry. To this end, we design training programs to develop the finest technical training centers in the U.S. We are able to offer the most complete and up too date training curriculums. This ensures that our technicians will be the most knowledgeable on each specific make and model that we service. Each technician carries a full line of parts inventory to deliver the most efficient and professional support possible.
Free Replacement
If your copier or facsimile or its accessories do not operate with Legacy's product specifications during the term of this program and the equipment cannot be repaired to perform within product specifications, Legacy will replace the copier, facsimile or accessory at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications.
Free Loaner
If your copier or facsimile is out of service for more than two consecutive business days after notifying Legacy, or if it requires off-site service, a loaner copier or facsimile will be provided by Legacy at no additional charge. All loaned equipment is the property of Legacy Business Constants and must be returned at the time the repaired or replaced equipment is rendered.
Term of Program
The term of this program is: a) for purchased equipment, three years from equipment installation date or the maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications, whichever occurs first; or b) for leased or rental equipment, the length of the original lease or rental term starting from equipment installation date or the maximum number of copies as stated in the product specifications, which occurs first.
